Presses for the production of conveyor belts and rubber sheets

Single-daylight presses for the production of conveyor belts

The Siempelkamp conveyor belt presses for the production of steel cord and textile conveyor belts operate according to the multi-piston concept. Thus, these presses represent a new generation of conveyor belt vulcanizing presses.

A unique pressure and the outstanding temperature distribution now guarantee more consistent vulcanization parameters for the production of conveyor belts with belt widths of up to 3,200 mm (10.5 ft), press lengths of up to 18,480 mm (60.6 ft), and a pressure of up to 400N/cm². These are the qualities that distinguish Siempelkamp conveyor belt presses from those of other manufacturers and transform them to the largest, strongest, and most precise presses of their kind.

Since its introduction, the multi-piston concept has been applied many times by the leading belt manufacturers and has achieved unrestricted acceptance among them.

Continuous press ContiRoll® for the production of conveyor belts and rubber sheets

To accomplish large vulcanization capacities the continuous ContiRoll® press by Siempelkamp is the right choice. Because of the stress-free press infeed section, this press type is suited for the vulcanization of textile conveyor belts and rubber sheets with a width of over 2000 mm (6.6 ft). Also grained materials can be pressed by thermal heat on the ContiRoll®. Because of pressure over 300N/cm², a further improved pressure distribution, and heating on both sides, the ContiRoll® press is the ideal solution for the vulcanization of endless, flat rubber products.
