To use our telediagnosis system, the plant has to be equipped with an IT network to which additional hardware for data telecommunication is connected. Plants of a newer design are already equipped with these components.
Additionally, the use of our telediagnosis system requires a binding contract including the extent, the legal basis, as well as the costs for the service.
