Modernisation Packages for Energy Plants

 

Example package 1: New Fiber- and Granulate Burning System

Allows burning of waste material from the process (e.g. start-up fibers, trimming material, reject material from forming) up to a particle size of 10 x 10 x 5 mm.

The available fuel will be transported via a pneumatic system from the metering bin into the burner nozzles. The burner nozzles are located directly above the grate, this makes an appropriate burnout of the fuel. Due to the prevailing combustion chamber temperatures a separate source of ignition is not necessary.

Advantages of this system compared to a combustion of the fuel on the grate are:


  • lower temperatures on the grate bars (thus longer lifetime of the grate bars)
  • better burnout of the fuel





 

 

Example package 2: New Steam Control System

Advantages:

  • improve control of the steam generation by adjusting the feed water flow and the steam flow
  • on the steam side: continuously steam pressure
  • on the thermal oil side: equable temperature of thermal oil



 

 

Example package 3: Service Package

Service module with the main target to ensure and improve proper operation of your energy plant. The objective of the checkout is to analyse the entire system.

Report of the visit and recommendations will be given for any foreseen upgrades.

Example package 4: De-ash System for Multicyclones

DOUBLE FLAP SYSTEM for Multicyclone De-ashing

This new double flap system will be installed with connection pieces under the existing ash hoppers from the multicyclone.

With this new system it`s possible to seal complete the leakage air backflow from the ash screws to the multicyclones. Between the flaps sucks a fan the leakage air and produces a little higher underpressure (between the plates) as in the ash hopper. As result the following ash system (screws) do not need to be complete sealed.

The existing screw system can be used but the position of some screws can change and new supports for screws can be necessary (customer`s part).
